We founded Concrete Human together with The Built Review, the Norwegian photographer André Clemetsen and Ola Elvestuen, Norway's former Minister of Climate and Environment.

The aim

Making the effect of buildings on people visible

The built environment affects health, concentration and behaviour. Concrete Human shows this in images.

The archive of The Built Review holds more than 15,000 published studies on how buildings affect people.
Little of this research reaches the public.
Concrete Human brings it to a wider audience.

About Concrete Human

We founded Concrete Human to show how the built environment affects human health. Applying this knowledge benefits the people in a building and those who invest in it.
